Our school recently placed top 50 in the nation for the Vans Custom Culture contest! The winners will get $75,000 for the art program, which would be absolutely amazing. 

Our school has to struggle to raise funds for the arts every year, and because we are not funded by the state we rely entirely on donations, which usually are not enough. We have put so much effort into this contest and to make it this far is a blessing. Now, it’s based on the public vote to narrow it down to the top 5.
